Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love every LumiOral product. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

1. Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened toothpastes, gels, or any consumable oral care products (for hygiene reasons)
• Replacement brush heads that have been removed from sealed packaging
• Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or is damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of receipt at mashari.alshalhoub@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.

4. How to Return

1. Email us at mashari.alshalhoub@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide a return authorisation and shipping instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it to our returns address.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or our error, in which case we cover the cost.

7. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for the same product in a different colour or size, subject to stock availability.
